How It Works

Your place or ours?
You come to us or we come to you. Need a fully-staffed event or a more casual taco trailer? We can do that. We can do all of that.

Take a peek at our menu.
We have tacos, tacos and more tacos. Don't forget about burritos, breakfast spreads, and sweet treats by the piece. Oh, and cocktails on tap to serve at your event.

Taco Bar
You Build
Bring your friends and we’ll bring the tacos. For a casual option we will drop-off everything you need and set up a delicious layout of tacos.
Grab n' Go
We Build
In this scenario, again, we bring all of the tasty ingredients. Chefs will build perfect tacos for your guests. All guests have to do is walk up and make their choice. Hot fresh tacos ready to eat!
Next Level Fun
The Trailer
Ask for the trailer! We will up the fun level and show up ready to give you our Grab & Go service from our trailer. Hottest and freshest tacos right off the griddle!

Pricing starts at $18-$25 per person and include chips & salsa! You chose (3) taco choices for your event. Additional add-ons priced below.

Our bar packages are another way

by the hour & per person.

Choose a couple beers, a few wines & you’ll also have some
non-alcoholic beverages as well.

All pricing is prior to tax, gratuity and Centro’s 10% flat fee.
Our flat fee is not a gratuity for services provided by any
employee and is not the property of any employee of Centro Restaurant Group, LLC. See Minn. Stat.177.23, subd.9.
Staffed events will have additional fees based on number of staff required or deemed necessary to provide proper service.
Taxes charged are based on specific locality of venue.
